Our accommodations

Our spacious and comfortable house is located at 248 Lipke Lane, right on Main Street in the heart of the walk-around village of Seldovia. We're directly across from the boat harbor, with great views of the harbor, bay and mountains.

While you enjoy your breakfast sitting around our dining table or on the sunny deck, you can watch eagles soar over the bay and the local fishing boats bustle about their work.

The house comes with full use of three bedrooms. Two have two twin beds each, and one has a queen bed and a queen futon. There are two full bathrooms for your use.

We rent to only one set of clients at a time, so the house is yours for the full duration of your stay. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, tv, vcr, stereo, large private deck, grill, big yard with a fire pit and sitting area, and plenty of freezer space to hold your catch. The house is fully heated.

Because our house is non-smoking, we ask that you enjoy your cigarettes, cigars and pipes out on the spacious decks or in the yard. We understand that you may wish to travel with your pet, but all animals are subject to pre-approval. All guide/assist dogs are welcome, but please let us know that they will be accompanying you.

Kids are welcome, but the house is not toddler-proof. Because our guest floor is up half a flight of steps from the street level, we regret that we are unable to offer wheelchair access at this time.
