Vessels are constructed of sandwiched composites consisting of engineered laminates covering Airex brand cores. Toughened epoxies wet out the laminates under vacuum and are set to the epoxy’s initial “B stage” cure. Finally the structure is post cured at elevated temperatures to achieve optimal strengths.

Propulsion packages vary. Currently we are installing New Zealand built surface drives fabricated of carbon fibers, powered by twin Yanmar 6LPs producing 315hp each. Propulsion controls include dual station hydraulic steering and electronic throttle and gear selectors.

Fit and finish is comprised of Sterling and/or Awlgrip linear polyurethane coatings, epoxy deck coatings, stainless steel hardware and PVC guards.

Knowing that the marine environment is extremely harsh on all of a vessel’s systems, it is our goal to build vessels with low maintenance and the longest possible service life. All systems including electrical, plumbing, fuel, anchoring and exhaust are in accordance with ABS rules and USCG Code of Federal Regulations for inspected vessels
