2004 Sea To Ski Triathlon

Mariner Park (at the base of the spit) - Homer, Alaska
Registration: 10:00 AM until Noon - $5
Late Registration: After Noon - $10
Required Race Meeting : 12:30 PM
Race start: 1:00 PM
Helmets are required for bikers
Run: 5 km (3 mi) - Gazebo to West Homer Elementary School
Bike: 7 km (4 mi) - Up West Hill - Across Highland Dr. to the Roger’s Loop Trail head
Ski: 5 km (3 mi) - Roger's Loop Trail head to the Sterling Highway Trail head
Distances are approximate. Chief of Course (Dave Brann) reserves the right to change the last leg depending upon snow conditions.

Students:
1. Middle School grades 7 & 8
2. High School grades 9 -12
Adults:
3. Young Adults: to age 29
4. Adults: 30-49
5. Incredible Adults: 50 and over
Open:
6. Same gender, mixed age
7. Mixed gender
Ironman and Ironwoman:
1-5. As above
An Awards ceremony will be held at 3 PM.
Sand dollar medallions will be awarded to the top 3 ironmen and ironwomen in categories 1-5 and the top three teams.
Prizes will be awarded by draw from waiver slips for all participants and volunteers who are present at 3 PM.
