We are a small family owned and operated business. We were both born and raised in Alaska. Peter is of Aleut decent, born in Dillingham. Susan is of Alutiiq decent, born in Kodiak.

Each piece of ivory is cut by Peter and beaded by Susan, to create the beautiful pieces of elegance that are presented to you.

We try to purchase our ivory from the Department of Fish and Game in Anchorage, Alaska at the two sales they have each year. The tusk they have accumulated come from a walrus sanctuary here in Alaska. These are tusk that have been broken off due to battle or the walrus has died and washed onto the beach. Proceeds from these sales go into research to preserve the walrus.

line We use a variety of stones in our jewelry, such as garnet, mother of pearl, adventurine, malachite, jade, freshwater pearls, hemetite, obsidian, coral, austrian crystal, lapis, rose quartz, agate, amethyst, jasper and tigers eye. We also use gold and other exotic beads.

Let us know if there is a special stone you would like and we do orders.

This is just a small collection of our items, please check again for updates. If you have any questions or would like to make a special order just click the address below.
