The City of Seldovia has purchased and prepared for development a 15-lot waterfront commercial site with aproximately 3.5 acres of land. Under the terms of a grant from the Economic Development Administration with which the property was purchased, the land must be used in ways that provide for enhanced economic opportunities and employment within the city. The City is now soliciting inquiries regarding the lease and development of this land.
