Dog License
According to Seldovia Municipal Code 7.04.030:
Dogs over three months old shall be licensed and a numbered tag issued. The tag must be attached to the collar, choke chain or harness, and must be worn by the dog at all times, except when fenced or kenneled.
It is the responsibility of every dog owner to comply with this code by applying for and renewing the licenses of all of their dogs annually. The city does not send out reminder notices. Licenses are good for one calendar year (January 1, 200x-December 31, 200x).
To apply for a dog license, print out this form and bring or mail it with your license fee payment to the city office:

The City of Seldovia does not at present license any other animals, although other code requirements may pertain to the keeping of some pets. It is the responsibility of the owner of any animal to inform themselves about and to comply with all applicable city codes.
