| The firm maintains a small staff of licensed professional engineers to provide civil and structural engineering services. The size of the firm ensures that projects can be completed in a timely and efficient manner. Mr. Allen is directly involved in the work and coordinates the work of consultants. Where special technical expertise is required, special consultants are retained. |

Within these areas of practice, Mr. Allen has provided the design for major and minor projects and has acted as the prime designer or as a consultant to the prime designer. These assignments have included industrial, commercial, educational, housing, medical, transportation, and military projects. When the firm provides civil or structural engineering consultant services to another firm, Mr. Allen acts as the project engineer and the primary designer. He is responsible to the prime design firm for the successful completion of the consulting service. |
| Technical support is provided by computer-aided design (CAD) for engineering analysis and drafting. |
| Representative clients include architects, engineers, contractors, and owners. References can be supplied upon request. |
