Consulting
The Tree Guy will also be glad to meet you at your

or business to discuss your landscape plan or
tree placement
and/or selection. His consulting fees
are $30/hour, with a half-hour
minimum. Please note that
for our customers, consultation is always
complimentary
Moose Proofing
Unless your planting Spruce, moose are
ALWAYS a concern when planting a tree.
We offer two options for protecting
your investment:
A yearly burlapping service, which includes wrapping
your tree in the fall, unwrapping in the spring and
pruning your tree for
form as necessary.
All materials included. $20/tree/year
We can
"cage" your tree. With an 8-foot fence
around your tree the moose
can only
wish. All materials included. $50/tree
Moving trees
Need to move a
tree on your site? Our tree spade
can also be contractedout to move trees
at your
location. Trees must be less than 3" in diameter,
and the site level
and accessible. $160/first hour,
$60/hour thereafter.
Planting
Alaska
growers is happy to deliver and plant
your tree for you.If we plant your
tree, we
guarantee it for a full year. So let us dothe dirty work!

trees $30/tree, 6-10 trees $25/tree, 10+ trees
$20/treeplanting prices
are for potted trees and B&B
trees up to 2" diameter. Larger diameter
trees can be planted,
prices depend on Size of trees and size
of job.
Who is the Tree Guy???
The tree guy traces his "roots"
to the fertile soil
of South-eastern Wisconsin. As a child, not only
did he
hug trees, he climbed them, slept in them, jumped from
them, fell from them,
hid in them, swung on them, planted
them. After high school, he worked as a
commercial
landscaper for 4 years. As a landscaper, not only did
he plant
trees, he transplanted trees, pruned trees,
staked trees, fertilized
trees, diagnosed trees, thinned trees,
sprayed trees, and removed
trees.He then went on to college.
In college, not only did he study
trees,he dissected trees,
smelled trees, tasted trees, memorized
trees,measured trees,
assessed trees, and learned to admire trees. He was
then
"planted" in Homer and now as a nursery owner, not only
does he grow
trees, he dances with them. In short............
he's "The Tree
Guy".
